Wind Tower Internal Blasting & Coating System
A complete automated internal blasting and coating system for wind tower tubes. The system uses a specially designed rotating blast head mounted on a mobile boom to uniformly blast and coat the interior of 70m+ steel tubes — significantly reducing manual labour and ensuring consistent coating quality throughout the tube length.
Offshore Module Blast & Coat Facility
Custom blast and paint facility for an offshore EPC contractor for processing topside modules and pipe spools. Designed to NACE SP0176 and ISO 12944 C5-M requirements with full climate control.
Rail Car Interior Blasting System
